Hilbre Endeavour Magazine
The title for the Hilbre Endeavour is at the top of the page, in a large white font, but unlike King Edward, the logo of the school is next to the title at the right hand side.
This would give more awareness of slight professionalism within the magazine, the front cover shows school members, both students and staff; this would represent an atmosphere of team work which would give the school a better reputation. They are all wearing building protection hats; this could be hinted at the new 6th form block that is currently being built at Hilbre. Below at the bottom left are teasers, giving in what’s in store inside the magazine, such as: Fair Trade, Ones Goal, Humanities Week, Cape Town and much much more!
King Edward School Magazine
The King Edward Magazine has used a white title, the word ‘High’ in a Berlin sans font, whilst the word ‘Profile’ is in a white Arial font, the entire front cover is one picture, of what looks like a drama performance, students dressed up in various amounts and types of clothing, this is a possibly to represent the school, as being described as drama being its main succeeded subject at the school. At the bottom is the title ‘Hair Raising show’ being aimed at the picture on the magazine for its drama performance, this is possibly giving a clue that this performance is not to be missed and there is a review article of the play in the magazine.
Below are teasers of what this magazine has still yet got in store for us too read, containing articles such as Politics, growing up in Korea and many more.
